  1. The V.A. Cable Plate (V.A. LCP Periprosthetic Proximal Femur Plate) is indicated for fixation of periprosthetic fractures of the proximal femur occurring around hip prostheses. It provides stable fixation using variable angle locking screws and cable fixation techniques. The system is designed to manage complex fractures where conventional screw fixation may be limited due to the presence of implants. It is suitable for osteoporotic bone and revision trauma procedures.
